Oratory

Original Oratory (OO)  is one of the most popular speaking events in both Asia and the United States.  In OO, students prepare 5-10 minute speeches that focus on identifying problems and attempting to come up with original solutions.  In most instances, speeches are memorized, but that is not always required.

This syllabus outlines what is generally required to help teach/develop OO skills and prepare for competition. Each class is 1.5 hours in length.
